Great point, Aduke...I spoke with another rep that told me he could send me links to attach my docs to instead of having to wait to mail them in. He said call once I could do it all at once, so they could see if they went through and it is possible that I could get an answer that day. I don't understand why people that all work under the SAME UMBRELLA give different answers...SMH...I'm calling again tomorrow, docs ready-I have to take pics to upload-and hopefully, I'll get somewhere tomorrow...

Plus I would have an issue with sending a copy of my SS Card in the mail, regardless of who it was asking for it. But thats just me.
