CHASE Sapphire reserve

Went to my branch to see if I had preapproval for the sapphire reserve and the lady mentioned that I did have it. So I applied and  came back pending. The rep called and they said under review  1- 2 weeks . Any suggestions?

Try calling the phone app status... if 2 weeks or 30 day message mostly likely an Approval ... is 7-10 day message not usually a good sign but it could go either way... Goodluck

I got  the 30 Day review  email so I guess keep my fingers crossed. I will call tomorrow and post  an update.

That sounds good! When I received my 30 day message I kept on calling the app status line like almost every hr .. lol ... Hope it doesn't change to 7-10 day message. But I think you'll get Approved ... Goodluck

I wouldn't be too worried. My buddy got that message with his CSP and it was approved a week later.

Just wait it out, they are probably verifying your identity (though idk why since you applied in-branch). When this happened to me, there was nothing they could do- I just had to wait, luckily I just had to wait like 4 days before they called me to verify and then approve me.
