CSP said 7-10 days now two weeks. Help!!!!

Hi,yesterday I applied for the Chase Sapphire Preferred. Got the 7-10 day message after applying then in my email said something about 30 days. Called the number it said 7-10 days. Then last night and presently it said two weeks. What does this mean?

7-10 days by phone is using a denial.. two weeks is usually manual review and/or verification.. Intereting it went from 7 days on phone message to two weeks phone message never quite heard of that before.  Not a bad thing.  Are you under 5/24?

No,not under 5/24. It changed from 7-10 days right after I applied online,e-mail said 30 days. I called and the automated response said 7-10 days, but last night to present its saying two weeks. My Amazon prime card was automatically approved. I'm so lost about this. I'm seeing two weeks is usually approval. But I'm not certain.

I'm pretty sure that's a denial.  The CSP underwriting definitely is part of teh 5/24 rule.  The Chase Amazon Prime card is not (according to very recently DPs).

How long ago were you approved for the Chase Amazon Visa and what is your current 5/24 status? When you applied for CSP, was it through a pre-approved [online] offer or a 'cold' application?
