CSR app pending - Confused about 7-10 msg. vs. 30 day

I decided to apply this afternoon for the CSR online.  The popup message from Chase on the browser said a decision would come in 7-10 days.  Email came and said 30 days. When I call the application status line, it says 30 days.

So, did I get the dreaded 7-10 day message or is this a good sign?  Should I sit on the application and see what happens or call and speak to a service rep?  I'm seeing so many people getting quick decisions and I have difficulty dealing with uncertainty.

For what its worth, when I check my Chase account, it doesn't show an application pending yet.

Edited to add:  woke up to a second UR card on my Chase account.  25K limit.

From my 3 previous Chase applications, all eventual approvals, I received the 7 - 10 day message, but than the 30 day response when I called the status line. I had to verify some information. Unfortunately for my recent CSR application from Monday, I received the exact same 7 - 10 day pending message, but instead of hearing a "30 day message" on the automated status line, I'm still receiving the "7 - 10 day message". I'm assuming I'm being declined, though I haven't received any definitive answer. I'd say give it the weekend, than if you don't hear or receive anything, call on Monday. You might need to verify some information, but in my experience, the "30 day message" was always an approval.
