Aw bummer. Well, at least you're taking it well despite the outcome. Definitely give it some time and try it again. See if you get a pre-approved offer by logging into your rewards account next time 😊
Yes!!! I will totally wait for that. Thanks for the heads up!
Just got this card while I was in a Caesar's Las Vegas casino, didn't really want it but I needed another players card and the rep was so persistent. Anyways it looks like a soft pull don't see a credit inquiry on my Experian. Then off all things they issued the card at the cashiers cage. Then I was told to make a small purchase and get the receipt went back to the Caesar's reward where they gave me a platinum players card and a $20 food voucher good for six months.

Wow, they must really be hurting to offer credit on the spot!
You should post on Credit Card Approvals section with your starting CL !
I just logged into my Total Rewards (Caesar's) and immediately got another pop up for a pre-approved Caesar's Rewards VISA.
Wonder what credit limits are commonly issued from Comenity ??
Hmmm- thinking of going to Vegas soon...

If I were going to take a stab at the median range for the starting limit on this card I would put it at around $3-5K but if used it's a card that can be grown to decently high limits over time.
Hey all! I got the pre approval pop up this time on my Rewards Page, filled out the ap and it gave me a 7-10 day message...
I thought I was Pre-Approved?!?!?
so confused.

Pre-approvals don't always translate into instant approvals. Lots goes behind the scenes for some of their card programs that could yield instant results. It just depends on a variety of factors.
Sounds like you may receive a notification by mail to complete the process, if anything. Hopefully, none of your CRAs (including secondary ones like LexisNexis or SageStream) were frozen. Otherwise, the application, even if pre-approved, may not yield a good outcome.
Keep your thread posted as this appears to be round #2 🤠
Will do, FinStar! As soon as I hear something I will most definitely post here. 😀

Excellent.
As I mentioned on another recent Comenity application thread, if it's likely due to verification, you'll be given a direct number to call along with a reference ID.
Be sure to be familiar with some CRA personal data along with potential public records info (addresses, aliases, people associated with you, vehicles you've had, etc). If you pass all the questions, then you'll be approved. So, I'm assuming you'll get that type of letter.
