Call From Cap One EO

Hey everyone.

Just wanted to know how long does it take for the CLI when you get the call from the EO? I got my call on the 21st and spoke with a really nice lasy. She told me she would pass my 2 accounts over for review to the U/W. I still havent heard anything nor any CLI on my account, should I email them back or wait wait till the end of the week?

It may take about a week or longer (depending on how backed up they are).  Also, consider that the holiday weekend may delay some results since the 21st was technically only about 3 business days ago.  You can periodically monitor your account for any changes that may occur (if approved for CLI) during the week.  No need to jump the gun and email them again.
