you can do either strategy. I usually call for one card and then call back a little while later for the next card lol. It probably is easier to just deal with the same rep. especially if you are yielding results!

I have done it both ways. I got the same results both ways. I would however recommend only doing one if you get someone who seems like they are in a bad mood. Also, you get the same results with chat because you are working with the same group of people (I think its a small pool of them as I get the same person quite often) so chat if you are nervous. But, if you chat, you will need to do 1 chat per request since the chat is driven by their website. If you are lucky you will get Mary, Jon, or Glen. All 3 have been very pleasant with me in the past.
I never had any luck calling Synchrony when I had multiple gas cards to go with my Care Credit. They always cited my 5-6 year old Ch 13.
Now that the BK has fallen off my reports I'm tempted to call them... but I've been in the garden for a year so I guess I'll wait. Care Credit is the only card I have with them now and it's a HP for CLI.

I always get some guy named "steve" . I had a record of one night calling and hanging up on steve like 17 times before I finally just let him "help" me with a nice denial lol.
I swear the females are always so nice and helpful and the guys are perpetually in a bad mood and take 30 seconds before saying sorry, bye.
If its a female csr I always ask for all 3 of my accounts to cli. YMMV
This thread convinced me to call and get an increase on my Amazon store card. They started with a $2,400 limit during my recent app spree. Tried the CLI button and said not available (account only had first statement).
Called today and asked for $6,000. I asked the CSR if it was a HP or SP. He says that we can no longer tell people it will be a soft pull because occasionally it is a HP.
He had me on hold 2 minutes and said $6,000 granted. Imagine I could have gone higher but will try that in 6 months, or at least before Christmas!
