Can’t Apply For Apple Card ..

I tried to apply for the apple

 add and I keep getting a decline message of , you have applied a number of times and we can't verify the information submitted.

i called GS and they said the last application we received , which was declined for credit reasons, was on Nov 20, 2021. Other then them telling me that they never fixed the problem and are basically no help.

does anyone know why I keep getting that error message if the last application received was eell

Are any of your other CRs frozen, such as LexisNexis, SageStream/Innovis, etc?

EX and EQ are frozen, nothing else is.

I have tried over the last 9 months to apply for the Apple Card. I applied and got the message, you have applied too many times and we can't verify your information. I waited 30 days, tried again, got same message. I waited 60 days, got same error. I tried the shopping cart trick, didn't work. A Supr at Applecard support said, you should be able to apply every 30 days.

Even if I apply and I am declined for actual credit reasons I would be happy as at least my application is getting truly evaluated.

Does anyone have any idea on how to possibly fix?

I had this happen to me before I was eventually approved for the Apple card several months later. In my case, I waited a full month. For instance, if my last app date was 04/16, I reapplied 06/01. So I waited a full month disregarding partial days in the month I last applied. That seemed to resolve the issue for me. Have you tried reapplying with your credit files unfrozen?

I use to get the exact same message for months. I stopped applying for 61 or 91 days I believe and tried again and got through.

....I want to say 91 because I was mad at Apple in August after my BCP approval and stopped applying. Tried again after my FNBO and Lowes approvals that November.

Try asking in the Apple Card Users group on Facebook. they may be able to help. Some work for GS.
