Cap 1 craziness

I received an email from Cap 1 stating a prequal for a 0% interest for 9 mns on Quicksilver at a whopping 29.49% (OUCH).  Funny as I have had my basic card since 2014 and never once did they approve any cli...zero lates all of $500.  I call it my cheap card.  I've actually come close to cxlg it in thepast just because of frustration of their services.  Just random fyi.

You were approved for a bucket card with what your credit was at that time. Once a bucket always a bucket. Rarely does it leave that catagory. Your not alone in this situation. The age is helping you although.

And that age is the only reason it still stays.  I only use it for the full membership here and that's it.

It's a solid pre approval because my DW had the same offer last year and she got approved for $1000.
