Reason given...One or more of your Cap One accounts was charged off or settled for a smaller amount! Really? They were in my bankruptcy which was there when they approved me for the new card! Frustrating!!

Sorry to hear it. They usually make people wait at least a year after a baddie hits before they'll even approve a card so maybe wait until the anniversary of your discharge to ask?
classic case of just because they trust you with the card doesn't mean they wanna throw mor credit at you. don't take it personal.... keep in mind you burned them and they still let you in. be thankful, not ungrateful.
