Cap One Secured CC

I am helping my daughter who is over 21 with the whole credit card world. The other day Cap One gave her an offer for a secured CC and at that time we didn't take the offer. She went back today to see if offer was still there ...but it's not. Nothing has changed on her resport in the last few days. What gives? Anyone have any insight?

I wish I could help you as to why it was not there this time around. But I can say the same thing happened to my son a couple months ago so he just went ahead and applied and was approved. Low limit ( his first card ever ). Maybe that will be the case for her?

Check the prequalification page - maybe it'll show up there again once she enters her information. If not, she should check back there regularly until it does.
