Cap One denial, recon?

So I did the online prequal for them and 2 came up. I applied and got denied. Just got the denial letters today and says that because of Missing or Invalid score, from Trans Union.

So I am thinking of calling them but where do I call for this? 

I only have one other credit card, Bank of America Cash Rewards partially secured, 99/500 that I recently got! Would they reconsider if I let them know that, and that I have just started with this whole credit thing, that's why nothing comes up.

Pre quals are not 100% guranteed. You can try calling but it sounds like your just starting out. So you might not have a credit score yet till 6 mos of having something on your report. Its worth a shot to try and ask.
