Try applying for one of their non-credit builder cards...one of their cards that doesn't have "one" behind the product name.
The "one" designation in terms of what cards are bucketed really only fully applies to QuicksilverOne . VentureOne cards are not all bucketed (quite a few are because they were PC from a bucketed card but if you apply outright for one it may not be a low bucket). SavorOne cards can be but aren't necessarily bucketed either, and I'd venture to say (no pun intended 
) less likely to be than VentureOne.
