Cap1 CLI issue

I have been trying for the past couple days to do a CLI with Cap1 as my card had its 2nd statement cut.  Every day it displays the same information after I put in my info and submit it.  "This feature is currently unavailable.  We're sorry, but this feature is currently unavailable at this time, please try again later."   

 

It has been 3 or 4 days and every day the same message.  Ive seen this on other parts of this forum but how long does it usually last?

I had the same issue however it fixed itself after a few days personally. Because i tried, got error, waited a few days tried and it worked fine. Not eligible yet though was my response.
