Capital One Business Cards, Spark

Hello All,

Does anyone have any experience with getting a Capital One Spark card, when they have recently opened a personal card? I got a Cap 1 Platinum back in May, and looking to add a business card right now. After calling and talking to a CSR twice, I got 2 different answers. One said it would be subject to their 1 card in 6 months rule, another said it "shouldn't" be a problem go ahead and apply... Yeah thanks but no thanks not risking a triple pull until I get a straight answer...

Also, anyone that has a Spark card, how do you like it?

Re: Capital One Business Cards, Spark

Spark is part of the 6 month rule - I was approved for one in February, and they won't process another app for me u till the 6 months is up. Also, they will NOT do a HP if you are within the 6 months, so don't worry about that.

The card is ok. I have the 1.5% version that came with the 0% apr offer. $10k SL which was ok by my standards too

Remember that the Cap1 business cards will report on your personal CR's
NFCU $60.4k/PenFed $22.5k/Commerce $15K/53 $11K/Synovus $14K/BBT $11K/CapOne $12K/DCU $7.5K/BMO $7.5K/Chase $14.5k/Cabelas $10K/ and many many more!
Total CL $398600, plus car and RV loan.
Ooh. Ooh. Getting closer to that $500K mark!

I got the classic awhile back, been stuck at 1500 limit though which not complaining, but first time i've used it in months was today since being paid off lol, oh and I didn't wait 6 months I don't even think I was at the 3 month mark but this was almost 2 years ago so things may have changed
