Capital One CLI Denial- Utilization Question

I've had my QS for over 2 years now, and still no CLI. Just tried for a soft pull request and got denied for not using enough of my existing credit line. I do try to keep my utilization low on each card and spread out my expenses across all 6 of my cards, so that's not surprising. I'm wondering if anyone has a sense of what level of utilization they're looking for? If you've gotten approved for a cli by Cap1, what was your utilization at? I'm open to moving some of my spend from other cards to my QS for a few months until I can soft pull again, but only want to if it's going to be enough to make a difference.

(FYI I don't think the issue is that I'm in a low bucket, my SL on this card is 10k, and I'm gardening right now so I don't want to just app a new capital one card)

Re: Capital One CLI Denial- Utilization Question

My QS had 10k SL, got my first increase after 3 months to 11k, was putting about $400 to $500 through it. It got SDed after I got a 2% card with just one small reoccurring charge monthly , have been denied for CLI 4 times since for the same reason as you. Just PCed to Savor last month and started to use the card again for dinning, I'm going to try a few more times before it's SD again after this quarter when Discover start their 5% on dinning.
