So I finally convinced my boyfriend to get out of stone ages and get a credit card. I tried Capital One Platinum card for him. I received the response that they need more time and we will be contacted in 7-10 days. Is this a flat out denial for him??? Please help

No, if it was a flat out denial that is what would have come up on the screen. Most likely a verification issue and I would call them on Tues and see about getting the app pushed thru.
