Capital One Pre-qual site

Hi.

I was checking capital one web-site to see if I pre-qual for one of their card.

I received below message from Terms and Condition section.

Is this a almost set qualitied offer? or is it something else?

what does it say at the top of the "congratulations, you're prequalified for..." screen?

It didn't say a congraturation. 

So, that means I am not pre-approved?

Thats a negative ghostrider the pattern is full.   With your scores though i would think you would actually get approved though even if its not prequalfying you.

You'll want to see the wording like this in what comes back. When you get that it's a pretty solid offer
