Capital One QS - would they PC or should I ask for CLI

I started out with the card in 2012 with $500 limit. After a year they were just so generous (sarcasm) and bumped me to $750. A few months ago it was like pulling teeth trying to get anything more. I had to email EO and then finally after almost two weeks they bumped me $500 to $1250. Would they PC to a different/better card? Should I try the CLI again? I hit the button a few days ago and it said not eligible for an increase now. Wondering if another email to EO would work? I'd love them to try to match my BoA and Chase which are $4500 and $3k.

Depends what you want to change to. If it's a venture card I would say avoid that and just apply due to the spending bonus. Also the Venture cards to have minimum limits that need to be met to change to from what I have been told I'm the past.

Venture one is 3k
Venture is 5k

Just what the EO told me in the past.
