I have had better luck contacting the EO than using Facebook or Twitter. Someone contacted me right away after I sent an email...

I guess I'll save the email address for the future as my FB message has already been responded to. That was quick. I guess we will see!
I used that route too. They are fast at responding. Good luck!
Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!
Good luck!

Well that was a no go for FB. They told me they couldn't forward my request and to visit the website to request an increase through my account. They said even though I just received the pre qualified amount through Credit Steps, to still log in and request an increase. Huh? Has anyone actually had success doing this? I went ahead and sent an email.
The best approach. You would've probably gotten the 2-3 day message with a denial since the card just recently had a cli. Happened to me when I hit the "luv button" a bit earlier than 6 months on my platinum.

Ya I think they kinda got sick of the FB route and all the successes Ive seen recently have been via EO email or Phone # if you have that, but they don't like direct call, so do the email route.
That's hard core. 200 increase. Maybe some kind if internal limit. But I doubt it. Maye in 6 months another 200 spot. Not sure in this case. Just keep emailing I guess. Reps on phone willbe useless.
