Please help me understand the rational of wanting more credit cards when you already have 7? I only have 1 and plan on only getting 2 to 3 more and maybe a car loan under my belt. My mom has 3 credit cards 1 line of credit and a just paid off an installement loan and she had has a credit score above 790 on all three. Place like credit karma state that having 10 to 15 cards is the best? To me thats just stupid
