Capital one Buypower decline?

I applied for a capital one Buypower card off a prequalifier that was mailed to me. It says "Your application is in process. You'll hear from us in 10-14 days." Then has me choose a card design and gives the option to add an AU. I called and they said the same thing they can't see if it's declined or approved to call back in a couple days. In the past I've always just gotten auto declines from capital one or auto approve. Does this sound like a decline?

I got the same message, also picked a card design and added an AU. A little less than a week later I received the approved email with no SL details. A week after that got the card with a $3k SL, hope that helps, good luck.

If it was declined, you most likely dodged a $300 starting limit bullet.

I think they finally realized the $300 wasn't flying and added a "0". I was FINALLY approved for the BuyPower card about three weeks ago, and like Creditguy above, I got the $3K SL. When I posted about the approval, a few others chimed in that they got $3K as well. So, maybe that is the new "magic" number, LOL.

I recently received the same pre qualify, I decided to pass on the card. I'm not in the market to buy a GM car and I don't like the SL or APR.

A year ago i got a crappy 600 SL on a World Elite Mastercard.

Couldn't even buy a $1.00 CLI with a HP for it.

I got it too when I applied! Has anyone gotten an increase on this card? I don't mind the $300, but it would be nice to know that it will increase eventually.
