Capital one Savor 7-10 Day message?

I applied for the Capital one Savor card and it said my application was received and I'll hear in 7-10 days. I called the app status line and talked to a rep and she told me they're reviewing it, not denied or approved. Anyone know if this is likely a denial?

I got the same message when I applied for my quicksilver got an email a few days later saying my card had shipped

Not necessarily. Hard to tell with CapOne's 7-10 day messages what they mean. Sometimes it's verification, other times a manual review, so I would take the word of the rep you talked to on the further review. With it being the weekend I probably wouldn't count on hearing anything from them til next week.
