Declining the increase does not reset the clock. mostly everytime you try it will show the same amount. But generally in about 3 weeks to a month. The actual increase amount will change in most cases. Not always. but most. Ymmv. Ive done it many times with cap one. on my QS. it offered me a $400 increase. I said no thanks. About 20 plus days later it went to $2500. I accepted it then. have not been able to get another increase since. That was 8 months ago.
