Care Credit Cli denial

so i applied for Care Credit and was given a cl of $1500.. (i had never heard of this card before posting on here..theyve been doing layoffs at work so im trying to be prepared)

.... based solely on what i read on here i called the automated line to request an increase and went high ($20k) assuming they would counter offer but no..just a denial for the cli! has anyone had better luck with chat? i have 3 other synchrony cards (walmart, amazon and athleta) could that be the reason?

i cant understand why no counter offer? almost every single post i read said they would :-(

First, what is your TU FICO08 score@
Next, you should call and speak to a human, instead of using the automated line... results tend to be better

is that the one discover gives you? its 640.. which i cant understand why its so much lower than equifax which is 713..

based on what i read on here i did the automated line on purpose

Be Careful with CareCredit! I was approved for the same amount like you(1,500) when I used the chat an asked about increasing my limit.. I was asked that if I'll give them my permission to check my Credit Report. I said no thank you. I can't afford to be hit by another HP.

too late i already did it, but i just applied on monday and from what i read they use the same HP for 48 hours.. chat agent told me i had to call some "concern line" ? .. its no big deal i'll just wait for my letter.. i just find it annoying as every.single.other.poster said they either callled the automated line or did chat and got a CLI..
