Care credit denial for unverifiable application information

i applied last month and was denied which I thought was strange because my TU was over 675 at the time of the app.  The reason on the letter is listed as unverifiable application information.  I tried to call and they really didn't seem to know what to do.  One rep said apply again but they hard pulled me already.  Any advice??  Thanks in advance.

Something similar happened to me, they said my application information didn't match what was on my credit report. When I verified it line by line, the CSR got irritated and told me I needed to contact TU. I told him that TU didn't decline me, Sync did. He didn't know what to say. But they seem to be unable to overturn computer denials.
