Carecredit cli after approval question

I was approved for carecredit lastnight. When I called a little while ago to see if I could get a cli , they couldn't find my account. Does this usually happen or did I call the wrong number or do I need to wait longer?

That is the Credit Solutions number. I think they only handle store cards. Customer Service for Care Credit is 1-866-893-7864.
