Check both the Amex and Citi sites for prequal offers. Any offers that show a single rate are probably solid. My first Amex prequals were when I was low to mid 600s. I never get Citi prequals; cold app'd the Costco Card in upper 600s and was approved.
If you had to pick one, I'd say Amex, simply because of the 3x CLI. That's your best bet to get a higher limit prior to attempting CSP.
I bank with Chase for 2 years, but they never pre qualify me for anything. It is sad. I am actually thinking to move my checking from Chase because they are just not happy to have me as a client lol!
I am also not pre qualified for Amex and Citi. I check regularly...
So, if I open both Amex and Citi now, I will probably not get CSP in 3 months I feel like.
But if I open just 1 account now lets say Amex because of 3xCLI, then in 3 months I have a chance for CSP you think ?
Also I just spotted BoA Cash Rewards which I am starting to consider. Do I qualify with my current profile? Any idea?@MrPepperoni, Have you tried going into a branch and speaking to a personal banker about pre-approvals?
No, I didn't try that yet. Is the process differs from online pre approvals ?
@MrPepperoni, Sometimes you can get in branch pre approvals , when they are not available online.
They are also very solid if you get an In branch.
@Anonymous might be able to shed more light on the subject?
His expertise far exceeds mine. I highly value his opinion.

@MrPepperoni You can get Chase pre-approvals through multiple channels:
(a) A Chase Credit Journey account
(b) Your Chase Online account under "Just For You" or "Offers"
(c) The Chase mobile phone app
(d) At a Chase branch location by asking a teller or personal banker (some tellers don't know how to look up the information and will tell you to see a personal banker)
Of those four avenues, the in-branch pre-approvals are the most solid as it means the banking side of the business has vetted you and is recommending you to the credit side as a good candidate for one of their products. I would suggest going to a branch and speaking with a personal banker; they will be able to tell you if you have any in-branch pre-approvals. But with the current situation the branch offices are closed so you'll probably have to wait until the social distancing guidelines are relaxed and branch visits are permitted.
That said, I sense you need to temper your expectations a bit. A CSP has a minimum credit limit of $5,000 which far exceeds your current aggregate limits. You may have to start with one of the Freedom cards then work your way up to the Sapphire cards but its not outside the realm of possibility that you can be approved in-branch for a CSP.

Thank you Sir! Very good advise!
