Chase 30 day message?

have ANOTHER friend now in Limbo with Chase.  My mom was shut down before card arrivals because she appd for things after chase approval and they didn't like it.  Another waiting through a "review" and now a 3rd waiting on a 30 day message for her application.  From what I read, this is a good thing?  She was prequalified for the Chase Freedom, Chase Sapphire Preferred and Chase Slate.  I told her to do the Freedom first and then the CSP.  Well she did the Freedom Unlimited - not sure the qualifications are different but it led to that message.  He income is low 6 figures, debt low and no inquiries except when Cap One decides to look again.  That is only card she has applied for in last year was the Venture card.  She wanted the CSP more then the Freedom.  If they are reviewing her, she she just fire away with that app since it is still showing on the prequal site or wait out this 30 day whatever?  From reading here, those seem to end favorably so she shouldn't probably rock the boat. Thoughts?

I see these threads all of the time and have 2 Chase cards, but had instant approval both times, so I never went through this.

Does Chase have the longest possible waiting time of most of these lenders?

Got the same message and checked everyday for for almost a week by calling their automated system.  Got the 7-10 business days and that application was being reviewed.  Thought denial for sure but to my surprise today got a letter to call the fraud department for Chase.  Called and spoke to someone after almost 15 minutes on the phone waiting.  They sent a special code to cell phone via text then verified and confirmed some info and was approved for 10K.

Its been 8 days for me in Chase 30 day purgatory.  Called verification the other day to see if they needed something from me, got transfered to lending - hung up before they picked up.  People seem to think waiting is the best move.  Feeling very impatient, though.  There should be a myFico Chase 30 Day Message support group.

@McLarenll any updates on your status? I have been tempted to call verification, but wonder if they forward the case to lending even if you hang up. Not sure how the process works exactly for the 30 day message. From what I've gathered (nothing official):

2 weeks is a 90% Approval.

30 days is a 70% Approval.

7-10 days is a 70% Denial.

Hoping it my new card will pop up on my account soon

No updates as of now - still gettting the 30 day message on the automated line.  I'll keep you posted.

Waiting for 12 days now, 8 business days.  Hopefully I hear something soon.
