Chase Amazon Visa, still pending

I applied on March 20th for the amazon visa and my application status still says 2 week msg. Spoke with a rep I think just front line this morning and she says from what she could see, my application is still pending. She informed me to give it a few more days. Has anyone waited this long with 2 week msg?

You can always call in.  Most would tell you not to but I've done it on multiple occasions.  My first card with Chase was a CSP and they really gave me hell over the phone due to a old account that they inherited Providian.  They approved me anyway but not without being first interrogated.  After that when I've applied I always seem to get 30 day message...I immediately call in, always a verification issue.  They send a text and I get a response immediately.  Good luck to you...

Called verification department asking them if they needed any more info and the nice lady tells me she can not see an application for the chase amazon visa, only the Hyatt card.  i told her i applied for both on the same day and already received a letter stating i was denied the Hyatt and no letters about the amazon which still says 2 weeks.

Her responce about he denail for Hyatt was that her records show that the application wasnt processed yet and she needed to send a txt with a code to get the application processed,  put me a quick hold and come back saying i should hear a decision in a week or 2 for the hyatt,  altho im fairly sure it was already denied.   i mainly wanted the Amazon visa and app for hyatt as a two for one HP.  strange that she cant see a application for that but could for a hyatt.  automated line lists both when called.
