Also, Chase has the 5/24 rule for most of their card products. 5/24 rule is no more then 5 accounts opened with in a 24 month period. This includes AU cards.

I just got a Chase approval with just 676-679 FICO range. I only had 2 new cards in the last year. My UTI was low.

I’m currently 0/24 under 30% util once the PIF payments on two accounts shows up on my 3B next week. My AAoA is 3 yrs 5 mos, oldest is 5yrs. Is there any minimum criteria for Chase besides the 5/24 best practice?
