Chase Fraud dept

So i apped for the Chase Sappire back on 4/1; like many people they have received the 30 day message. I only called the automated system once which was that same weekend. Fast forward this morning i did not hear my phone ring and Chase fraud dept left me a message on my phone asking me to call them and refer the reference number given. I checked my account immediately but i do not see any "unwanted charged". So i am assuming it is chase asking for verification? Still a good sign? Thoughts?

Also, i could not call back because they were clised which i find it strange that they called this morning but yet closed lol is that the norm?

Why don't you call them at 8AM in the morning and see what's up.
