Do they hard pull bureau for Existing Customers.

or would it be a softpull.

It will be a HP, chase doesn't do SP for any consumer requests for credit, doesn't matter if it is a CLI or a new card.

Will be minimum of one hard pull on one credit reporting agency.

Could be one hard pull on two credit reporting agencies.

I have not seen one on each of the three credit reporting agencies, but that is also possible.

They pulled my EX back in Sept 2019 when I got my CFU. Got it with thin file and short history if it helps
