Like everyone else the last few days, I opened my chase account on my phone and seen the black star pre qualified under all the co-branded cards. I have been extremely weary with my credit profile because it is very thin. However I applied for the Marriott as I could use the benefits. I got a pending message on my phone accompanied by an email saying “They will let me know a decision as soon as possible.” And a hard pull in EX (680) and TU (694). I called in and it said we will let you know in about 2 weeks. Any insight on what this could be?
I would hang in there and wait for the decision! when I applied 3 years ago it took 2 weeks for a decision which I was approved 13,000 Sl good luck be patient..

Let Chase go through the paces. sometimes it takes a couple weeks in manual review.
