Just called the application status line and it still indicates the application is being reviewed and that you will be notified within 7-10 business days in writing.  I have read that the 7-10 day message is a denial.  I am not sure if anyone has seen an approval with that message.  If denied, I will have her recon.

Most of it is a denial with some ending in an approval.  I agree on the decision to recon.  Keep us posted and will keep fingers crossed for you.

Received a denial letter today in the mail. I am going to have DW recon on Monday. The reason listed was the BK from 2010.

I obviously do not have much reason to believe they will approve her, but it's not going to be a possibility unless attempted. Will post back the details.
