I apped for this card on 7/15. I got a 7-10 day message. I immidiately called the backdoor number and was told I just need to confirm some address information as it related to my P.O. Box. I was put on hold, and then she came back and said that I had been approved for $5,000. Couple days pass and figure since the card doesnt show up alongside my other accounts on Chase Online, I thought I'd just call the automated app status number (800)436-7927 for further confirmation that i've been approved. The automated system told me that my application was still being processed and I will receive more information via mail in 7-10 days. Is this normal for Chase? Should I talk to someone?
I'll wait it out
