I thougt I was pretty maxed out on exposure at just over 50k.
From what I have read these are pretty solid offers ?
Any idea on what kind of limits I could get ?
Thank you
J
I'm far from the expert but I had waited a while for the chase prequal to deem me acceptable to apply... and it did last week and got the same offer and was denied. I think the pre qual link may be flawed as of late. My scores are decent my util is high at the moment. The letter they sent with the reasons were such BS..(too many mortgages opened in the past 2 years - I have 1,I bought out my ex in 2014) it could be I am black listed from chase, they did close a card on me for 2 lates in a row but I paid in full and haven't had a late payment since 2011 (not long enough I guess).
Bottom line, I am proof the pre qualify link is not a definite. I wasted 2 HP's on it..
