Does anyone have any tips on how I can log in?
As an aside, I was away from these forums for about a year while gardening and my profile (including my previous username) was completely wiped. Now I have to start over here too. 😢
I'm having the same problem. Not sure how we could get back in.
BTW as far as your previous MF account, unfortunately you came back about a week or two too late...they JUST recently started purging old, inactive accounts.
Oh man, what a bummer. I guess it's my own fault.
I am thinking about calling the customer service line and seeing what they can do for me.

I too am a non account holder. I had credit journey, but forgot log in credentials. I just went to Google and searched credit journey non chase customer. I found a site of theirs that when you scroll to bottom of their page, and re-register. It worked for me. Mine was so old, so many passwords ago, I couldn't ever get in. You don't need an account for access. Hope that helps. I see green check boxes I may be pre-approved. Do not even tempt me. Lmao. Good luck!
Thanks man! It worked for me. Here is the link I found: https://www.chase.com/personal/credit-cards/free-credit-score
