Chase Sapphire Offer, should I go for it?

I keep getting offers for CSP. I checked the app and Chase pre qualify and it tells me I am prequalified. Currently my Fico 8 Bankcard Scores are

Ex:699

TU: 700

Eq: 696

 Yearly income: $185,000

No dings in the past 3 years. Utilization is about 50% but I go a CL increase on of my other cards so it will go down to about 30%.

Should I go for it? I spoke with a Chase card representative and he explained Chase prequalify offers are essentially meant for someone who will get an approval.

First off, congrats on the preapproval. It's said to be a really good travel rewards cards. If you don't plan to apply for a house or car in the near future and can afford the hard pull, go for it.

I would think you would be almost guaranteed approval, especially with that income. If you’re unsure, maybe wait until your utilization goes down.

Definitely wait for your new utilization to report. You want the best apr possible as Chase isn't known for apr reductions.

All of your #'s are almost spot on to mine,  although 20k off in income.   I was just approved myself for the CSR although my utilization was lower, if you can drop that another 10-20% great, but I have a hunch you'd still be approved now if I were a betting man.

Thank you everyone for the response. Cred4all as someone who has CSP and Amex everyday, which one would you go for first?

Congrats on your pre-approval! Will you still be under 5/24 if you apply for BCE? If not, it depends on your need which card to get first.

If you're already an Amex holder, the Amex is mute most likely as it's a SP (YMMV of course.)  As I followed the recommendations of others as well however, I'd definitely go for the Chase first depending on your 5/24 status.   The one thing to consider as well is which card is best going to suit your needs right off the bat so that is also important.

I already had the Amex Everyday, so I recently went for the card I wanted for the most perks traveling which was the Amex Platinum.  It was a SP which definitely helps.  Then I app'd for the CSR and was approved...  so in reality 1 HP for 2 cards.    If you are not currently an Amex holder, I'd say the majority of folks will say Chase 1st every time (Unless the Amex is of more use go for that 1st.)  If I was choosing between the CSR and an Amex Everday, hands down I'd grab that CSR first personally.  Hope this helps!
