Give a try to recon but to get a solid approval, typically you should be <5/24. If you really want CSP, you should garden for a while to address also that late payment issue.

Do you have 5 credit card approvals in the past 24 months? If so your chances of getting another Chase are close to zilch.
The 120 day late with Chase, even when it's gone from your credit report...Chase will always remember that. Chase has a long memory.
How long exactly I don't know but I had a CO with Chase back in the mid 2000s and even a few weeks ago when I was checking out another card (I had a Chase Amazon Prime card and was eyeing the Chase Freedom Unlimited) before I decided to just cut ties for now, they still had my original address I used with them listed on the credit app. Even though I haven't used that address in over 15 years and never with my Chase Amazon Prime card. When people say Chase has a long memory they aren't exaggerating.
