Update!!!!!

I couldn't stand the wait any longer so I called the recon number and they switched me over to verification.

The lovely lady at the verification department then verified my identity and....boom!!!! I was approved!!!!

Now for the really good part....my SL is $5000!!!!   Wow!!!!   My highest card before that was a $1K BofA secured card!!!!!  Woohoo!!!!!

Congratulations,

After i applied for this card i didnt find any use for it, but after couple of months i realized that for domestic flights is fantastic (Hub in my city), im in route to get my companion pass (just 25k more poins) , i have used southwest couple of times and i am happy with it, free flight (using points) and the first 2 baggage free, if you used it right Chase will appreciates that, i got an auto CLI after my 4 statement.
