Chase "new account opened too short"

My DW Fico8 all hover around 780-788, she has a CSP (46k), and a Hyatt (opened 2 months ago @22k)

She got the Hyatt due to the sign up bonus, she recently applied for the AARP so she could float a "much needed" bag purchase on 0% but was denied due to most recent chase card open was too short?.

The analyst who herself tried to recon without my DW telling her to told her that she has stellar credit but they need more time with the Hyatt before anymore credit is issued?.

I just got a Ritz & Marriott Biz back to back 2-3 months ago with no issues at all.

Re: Chase "new account opened too short"

I'm in the same boat, I just got denied because of too many chase apps. I'm gonna wait until my last approval from them has been more than 30 days ago and will call recon. I suggest you try the same. It seems like chase has a 30 day rule with thinner credit files. If that doesn't work then idk.
