Chase and Citi BOTH! for whatever reason have a very nasty habit of double-pull INQ's for new accounts on me in spite of already having cards and good standing with them.
And is a chief reason i've only had a single CSP card from Chase and the DC Card from Citi. I made a strategic decision to leave it at that and obtain additional accounts in building an overall profile who only single pull and thus prevent too much clutter on the reports.
After a spell in the garden to realize only a bare minimum INQ's remain, only after then i'll consider additional cards from them since they are so double-pull happy.
I reserve space for Capital One however because it's a sure thing triple pull every time for their majors.

I don't have high hopes of getting the card, honestly did it as a test of the waters kind of thing before heading deep in the garden for a while. Im honestly not going to be all that upset if it is a decline, I have enough decent cards if I need them.
