Citi Blacklist?

citi blacklists , ymmv though,   I burned them in a Ch 13 in 1990 and applied for a Citi card in 2014.  They denied me of my previous BK wiith them.

I burned them in 2008 with a Chapter 13. I took a chance and applied for Double Cash and was approved, but only for 4k with 758 FICO score, if I remember right. I am happy with that even though I have not received any cli's and don't expect to anytime soon.
