Good morning all!
I just recently paid off all my credit cards and have been sitting at 33k on my Citi American airlines card. SP always comes back and says not approved and then recieve a document that says I'm at my max with them unless I consent to a HP. Just wondering if it would be worth the HP. Recently got a CLI on my Navy Cashback to 48K and it should report this month.
Also, do you think it will be experian or Equifax? I am in TN.

I don't think it's worth it.

If you think it is worth it its worth it. Seeing your high limit im going to assume you have high income so you can probably get more via hp. Recent post by @imaximus showed how he got a sp cli then with hp got bumped to 50k. Only way to find your worth is to unleash the HP Dragon
The thing with @imaximous's CLI approval is he mentioned putting a solid four figure spend on the card since late last year and even cycled the limit in December so his increase was justified to me IMO. I have no clue on how OP spends on his Citi card but if it's anything like that then he should expect something similar
I put about 2-3K per month on the card. Just paid off a balance of 5K on it last week.

FWIW I think the odds are good you'll get an increase but what you define as "worth it" is what you need to determine for yourself. For me, it's just a HP so I'd pull the trigger and will myself in March when I'm due for a double dip. My limit isn't as high as yours at ~$15k so hoping I still have some room to grow

Knowing Citi's CLI's, I'd say that a HP isn't worth it. Increases aren't like SL on a new account, and they'll likely give you your monthy spend if that. However, the HP will reset your account so that you'll be able to geP SP CLI's every 6 months for the next 2 years.
According to my calendar I received 4 SP CLI's on 6 month intervals before needing a HP.
