I am currently thinking about applying for the Costco Anywhere Visa by Citi. I just checked my credit any my scores are 756 ( TransUnion) , 755 ( Equifax ), 755 (Experian). I am well aware that Citi is on the conservative side. Does anyone know what credit bureau they pull if you are in Arizona? Also, I have 3 inquiries on Equifax, 3 inquiries on TransUnion and 4 inquries on Experian. Would this be considered too many inquiries by Citi? My utilization is at 1%, I tend to pay off all my cards in full each month and allow a small balance to report on 1 or 2 cards. I have been waiting to apply for this card for awhile, there is a Costco 4 minutes away from me and I am a frequent shopper there. At least 3 times a week. I also buy all my gas from there too.
I'm in Arizona, Citi pulls Equifax for me. For fuel at Costco it's a good card, but I drive electric. In store, 2% is meh. Plus you only get rewarded once a year. I closed my Citi Costco card. Have better options.

I'm a frequent Costco shopper, and you couldn't pay me to use their card right now.
Paypal debit gives 5% cash back in warehouse, and a P2 Paypal debit gives me 5% back on gas, and the cash back is basically instant.
I keep wondering when Paypal may nerf the benefits, but it's still going strong.
I agree with the others, I've got 2% cards in my sock drawer. I get 3% at Costco with usb shoppers or the aven card

Hello! e-zpassnc
Citi usually pulls Experian for Costco Anywhere Visa applications in Arizona, though it can vary. With your excellent scores in the mid‑750s, very low utilization, and only 3–4 inquiries per bureau, you’re a strong candidate—Citi is conservative, but your profile should generally be competitive for approval.
