Unless you provide additional info, it's difficult to provide you with an answer. Share some datapoints: UT, AAOA, baddes, CLs on other card, number of other cards, etc. Also, did you prequalify?
Utl: Some where in the 20% range. AAOA: 2yrs. Baddies: 0, CLs: range from 1.7k to 18K. have about 6 other cards and no prequal. Cold Apped. Is there a # I can call to find out.
I just went through this with Citi. The day after I apped, I got a phone call requesting address verification. I faxed and emailed requested document that same day. Next day I called in and after a brief hold was approved. The number I called was 888-201-4523. Good luck!

I had this happen when I apped this card a few weeks ago. I called 301-733-5501 and was approved for 2k.
Spoke with someone yesterday and they advised a letter was coming out to me and that I should fill it out in order to continue processing. Should I still give a call or wait on letter?
Wait for the letter. Sounds like they need to verify something.
