I keep getting invites to apply for the Citi D.C., which I would love. But my score is 628 right now FICO8. I think 640s other FICOS. I do have a citi Best Buy that I keep in good standing and maintain about 1 or 0% utilization on all cards with $10,000 limit.
Just don't want to waste an inquiry for something if I have no chance of approval. Any thoughts on likelihood of getting approved with that score?
In all honestly, if I were in your position I would certainly hold off until your scores are a bit higher.
Thanks for replies! I will wait. I wonder why they even send an offer. My score was worse when I got the Best Buy so they must know.

Yes , let your score get higher but i believe keeping your BB in good standing will help with Citi in the long run. I know one is legacy other retail but its my belief and im sticking to itMake the DC. a goal card that will inspire you to keep improving your scores
+1 Let your scores get higher Citi uses BankCard Enhanced 08 scores and the only way to know those scores is buy a 3B from here.
Good to know! Thx
