Citi now provides eligible date for CLI

I just requested a Citi CLI thinking it had been six months since the previous one. However, I was too early with my request.

The cool thing is that Citi now provides the eligible date for when one can request a CLI. Providing the Eligible Date is a friendly feature. (PNC does this too.)

it depends, they inform you if they need a credit report or not, if they said they do, it will be a HP, if not, it will be a SP.

This is true with WF. (Requests are only taken by a Live Rep.)

With Citi, it is SP in my experiences. I have yet to be noted of a HP (via requests thru the app.)
