Citizens Bank CLI HP? What bureau?

Does anyone know if Citizens is using Experian and doing hard pulls for CLI on personal cards now? Older DPs say they did soft pull on Equifax but recent information suggest they no longer use Equifax. 

I know they had a negative change of procedure on the business credit side but I don't know if that has affected the personal side.

It's still Equifax for everything. The consumer side hasn't changed to Experian.

Its a HP for me I never went through with it, not worth it. Its been at $8k for 5 yrs and its my bucket card

If CLI requests on their personal cards are now only triggering soft pulls that's a recent change.
